Easy and quick to book a week break in Cornwall over New Year - was able to browse cottages and accomodations available in the areas I was interested in staying at for the time I was looking at being away.

Very easy to book ,I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady and booked my holiday for next year .

Excellent service, all descriptions of properties are informative and clear. Had no problems in finding the type of property that suits our needs and in the area that we wanted to stay. There is an option to chat, which we didn’t use, as everything is plain to understand.

Unfortunately our original booked property was put onto the market for sale. Cornwall Hideaway Team suggested quickly several appropriate properties to rent for holiday for us quickly. The change went smooth and efficiently. Very friendly staff.

I thought the staff who I contacted were very helpful and sorted our issue immediately. Although we have enjoyed numerous visits to Roesland Cottage, this is the first time we have booked via Cornwall Hideaways. I have to say, everyone I have spoken to have been excellent, very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble. Will definately be booking through them again

Easy to book for next year's holiday and cheapest price I found however an extra charge for a dog? Cleaning is Cleaning so no extra charges required.

Was a very simple process to book. Received confirmation within a few minutes. Description of apartment was extensive so really excited about our forthcoming holiday.
